Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PoliBridge platform (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

PoliBridge provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist platform that delivers call handling, appointment scheduling, lead capture, call routing, call summaries, and related communications tools, along with integrations to third-party telephony, calendar, and communications providers.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• PoliBridge offers weekly and monthly subscription plans.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until amounts are paid.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Certain platform services may incur usage-based charges beyond included allowances. Additional usage may be billed according to PoliBridge's current published usage rates.

You agree not to use the Services for any of the following:

• Illegal activity of any kind.
• Fraud or misrepresentation.
• Unsolicited or unlawful spam.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct.
• Robocalling in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• A2P 10DLC and other messaging compliance violations.
• Violations of TCPA or other telemarketing laws.
• Unauthorized use of third-party data.

• AI-generated responses, transcripts, and summaries may not always be accurate or complete.
• You remain solely responsible for all business decisions made using the Services.
• Appointment availability depends on accuracy and connectivity of your connected calendars.
• Call delivery and routing depend on third-party telecommunications networks that we do not control.

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

• Email notifications related to the Services.
• Service messages and operational alerts.
• Billing and payment communications.
• Account notifications and security alerts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoliBridge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to PoliBridge in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FULLY ACCURATE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PoliBridge from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.

PoliBridge and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related software, models, trademarks, and content. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
